Marlon — Personal Trainer
I am an accomplished Soccer player and NATURAL bodybuilder. I played for the Cayman Islands National Soccer team for 7 years and played varsity soccer for the University of West Florida for 2 years. I have won 11 bodybuilding titles and show, including overall titles at 2002 MuscleMaina Florida and 2002 NGA United States National Bodybuilding Championships. Married and the father of a 5 year old, & one & a half year old. Received my BS in Marketing from Florida State University and I am AFTA certified.
I have been working out for the past 20 years, personal training for the past 13 years, and competing for 8 years. Having worked out for over 20 years, I have seen many things come and go in the fitness industry. However, one thing that has not changed is the search for quality information and guidance when it comes to working out, losing weight, and/or building muscle. For years I have had people coming up to me asking various questions on losing weight, eating, and how to gain muscle. In 2001 I decided to make plans to leave the corporate setting, completely enter the fitness industry and open my own facility. One where I can effectively help people reach their goals in a fun, light, cleanly, stress free environment. Precision Personal Training was opened in 2003.
Marisol — Personal Trainer
I exercise to maintain good health and achieve the best quality of life possible and I try to pass this philosophy on to my clients while helping them set goals and challenging them throughout their routines. My routines incorporate weight training and a mix of cardiovascular activities to keep people motivated and moving to ultimately achieve balance and reduce stress while getting stronger. I believe exercise promotes a disciplined lifestyle and creates a positive attitude for a sound body and mind. This discipline transfers to other aspects of life and any pursuits you may have while developing a positive self image.
As a mother of two and wife, my free time consists of little league baseball and competitive cheerleading. Any other free time is spent reading (so I can find new ways of torturing people), decorating and traveling. As the wife of a professional athlete I've learned to take things in stride and live life to the fullest.
Along life's journey, I've managed to achieve a Marketing degree from St.Louis University, an Interior design degree from Almeda University and a Personal Training Certification from AFPA.(American Fitness Professionals and Associates)
As CO-owner of Precision Personal Training I look forward to working with you.
Ayesha — Personal Trainer
I have been athletic throughout my entire life, participating in gymnastics and track and during my early years in school. I fell in love with weight training during my career in the army where I served as a Master Fitness Drill Instructor. The discipline and diligence that I applied during those years in the military I still use today.
As a 40 year old, divorced mother of three young boys ages 14, 9, and 7, my health and wellness are a vital part of my life. I recently left my job as at the post office where I worked for ten years to fulfill my passion in the fitness field. I am a CPR/NSCA certified personal trainer. I specialize in boot camps & group training as well as personal training sessions that incorporate strengthening and toning, cardiovascular endurance and muscle building.
My goal is to help my clients to obtain their optimum level of fitness and to have fun doing it. I believe that overall fitness, health and wellness have to come from a lifestyle change that incorporates proper diet and nutrition as well as a regular exercise regimen. I aim to provide fun, challenging and diverse sessions to maintain my own balanced state of wellness and to help clients achieve theirs.
Wayne — Personal Trainer
My devotion and preparation as a personal trainer stems from my athletic upbringing and my career in track and field. Through my college career as an athlete I was highly recruited for my fitness and speed but also the tenacity to inspire maximum effort from the team. Individually I believe each person has their own goal or threshold because truthfully we are all different.
As your personal trainer I believe in setting realistic goals with the emphasis on achieving not failure. Each person has an objective and I will not quit nor allow you to quit while simultaneously motivating you to reach our target. Weight loss has a stigma for being boring and difficult, but I truly believe fitness can be fun and spirited generating a greater triumph.
None of my parameters that I have set forth is a quick fix but more of a stepping stool for living a healthier life. My format is not to reinvent the wheel but to simplify lifestyle changes guided with proper education, technique and rewards. Once we strip away our fears of failure and start believing in the purpose and goals the rest will lead to a better lifestyle. Regardless of what your goals are or how long of a training regiment you will choose, I Wayne Brown will always take full advantage of the time provided to give you my absolute best.
Martin — Personal Trainer
When I first started working out in 2005 I knew this was something I was going to love. Right away I decided to get certified to better myself and help others. I was certified with AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) by summer 2006 and have been training ever since.
Training has become one of my passions. I really enjoy the one-on-one with people and pushing them to their limits to help them get the results they want. I am constantly learning new things to add to my workouts to keep things interesting for you and to help shock your body into changing. My goal is to help you reach your goal and along the way you will learn some new things, work hard, and we will have a lot of fun!
Alex
I have been involved in athletics and exercise for the majority of my life. I grew up playing every sport imaginable. I went on to play college football at Mount Union College in Ohio where I was fortunate enough to be a part of 2 National Championship teams as a defensive back. In college I was also able to apply my passion for fitness and sports performance by receiving my B.S. in Exercise Science.
I began personal training in 2004 in college and fell in love with it. After returning home from college I decided to further my knowledge by becoming an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. With my other passion being emergency medicine, I also became an Emergency Medical Technician and look forward to furthering my career in that area as well.
I enjoy the opportunity that training gives me, by allowing me to take my love and passion for exercise and share it with others. I also love the one on one relationships I get to make with so many interesting people. I have worked with people from all training backgrounds and abilities; from highly trained athletes looking to improve their performance, to kids and Grandparents trying to improve their overall fitness levels. As a trainer, my ultimate goal is to improve your overall quality of life by helping you achieve your health and fitness goals. As your trainer I will do everything I can to help you reach those goals and help you have fun doing it!
Amanda

Hello! My name is Amanda but most of my clients refer to me as Mandi. I’ve been within the health and wellness industry for just about 10 years now and have crafted my career out of it. Growing up in athletics, I knew this was one place that I would always feel at home. There is nothing more gratifying than setting a goal for yourself and achieving it, regardless of what gets in the way. This sense of goal setting was paramount in my decision to enter the world of figure competitions. My first show was in 2003 and for the next 6 years I had the pleasure of getting to know the industry and my own capabilities (not to mention a couple of nice titles!). It was within this time that I had also received my degree in Exercise Science from Florida International University. I have concentrations in both Strength and Conditioning and Cardiac Rehabilitation in addition to being certified through ISSA, the International Sport Science Association. I believe that no workout should ever be boring or the same routine. That’s why I always vary my client’s programs while still using principles of strength, cardiovascular work, and proprioception. For me, the biggest difference in training is not only from a results point of view but how you connect to your client. I see my clients as friends and I will always stand by them with whatever they need. I also feel very strongly that fitness should be realized as preventative medicine as so many different chronic diseases, like obesity, diabetes, hypertension, and other metabolic syndromes can be prevented through lifestyle modifications like eating right and exercising on a consistent basis. No matter what it is you are trying to achieve, always have a game plan. Give yourself a goal date and map out the exact route you need to take. As the saying goes, “If you fail to plan, you plan to fail.” Once you’ve gotten your plan, work it! I lead by example. I am a powerlifter and my current goal is to have a bench, squat, and dead lift raw total of over 700lbs by summer of 2011. So tell me…what’s your goal?
Kara — Pilates
I first stepped foot in a gym my freshman year at Florida State and instantly fell in love…In love with both the feeling that doing weights gave me and…with my then boyfriend and now husband of 10+ years…Marlon.
All those competitions you may have read about in his Bio…I was there for every pain staking moment! I was coach, training partner, food preparer, choreographer and cheerleader. I lived vicariously through him until I finally got the nerve to do a figure competition of my own. MY biggest battle was Courage. I didn’t know it was a National Qualifier, that’s probably why I did it…and I placed 7th in 24 women. I was VERY proud that I didn’t faint on stage. Before I could avenge my placing the next year, we found out I was pregnant with our now 5 year old “ball of fire” who caused me to enter the world of Pilates.
I needed something to help my ‘out-of-place’ hips and really enjoyed the new style of workout I got doing Pilates. I studied under Nicole Perkovich, who was the facilitator and creator of the materials for the Physical Mind Institute. She has since begun her own certification program and is an amazing Master trainer. I am most grateful for the new way she taught me to see the human body and for providing me with tools to help change peoples’ weakest links.
P.S. Marlon & I had our second baby, a healthy baby boy, in June 08’, who is almost 2…so check out for my after pictures…to all the women out there who know how difficult it is to get back in shape after kids…you can do it! I did!

Michelle
Hi everyone, I’m Michelle and I’d like to share with you my story and look forward to getting to know each of you, too! It all began with a burning desire to dance and for self-expression. Having grown up with a passion for dance and learning ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop, and flamenco, among other genres, I was always a dancer at heart. After nurturing my other delight for writing and graduating with a degree in English, Communications & Social Sciences, I found myself—of all things—in a cushy job in private equity. Only to realize that, despite the money and the perks, I felt unfulfilled. Looking for a way to bring joy back into my life, I found out about pole dancing lessons and was just too curious to try it. I walked into my first class, timid and uncertain of what to expect of the class, let alone of myself, on a pole…And, that day, I walked out a different woman. In fact, I recall I had to go to Walgreens after that class and actually found myself, in yoga pants and flip-flops, strutting through the toothpaste aisle and utterly glowing from within. Every woman should feel this way EVERYDAY! There is no greater joy for me than watching my students leave from my classes with their heads held high and feeling like the Goddesses that they are. Because the truth is, we all have a Goddess within us and I would like to help you find and express her at your personal best! Come join me for classes and discover—or rediscover—your inner Goddess today!
Beatriz
Beatriz Osorio, PRYT, E-RYT has been practicing yoga for more than 12 years. An injury to her Sacrum iliac catalyzed her interest in the scientific studies of Anatomy and Physiology. She then integrated those studies with the Holistic approach of Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy. Along with the yoga therapy studies she put together a yoga program for back pain, which is currently helping her clients and students explore alternatives to drugs and surgery to relieve back conditions. Alignment and the integrity of the spine are encouraged during the classes. She works with private clients and delivers workshops and yoga classes at wellness centers, rehabilitation centers and yoga studio in USA and abroad.
Luis
I have been in the fitness industry for over five years as a certified personal trainer (A.C.E., CPT). My passion for fitness started as a teenager when I played multiple sports, among them baseball and wrestling. Through my college years, while pursing a degree in Economics, I focused more on Martial Arts, especially Muay-Thai, which was a relatively new sport. Later I spent two years in Toulouse, France –working in the Aliance Francaise, learning the language and enjoying the new experience of living in a foreign country.
After returning to Miami, I decided to pursue my career in the fitness industry. I enjoy working with clients from different backgrounds and different goals. I am currently pursuing a certification as a Clinical Exercise Specialist, through the American Council on Exercise. In the near future, I am planning to get my degree in Physical Therapy and continue making a positive difference in people’s lives. I firmly believe that through hard work, dedication and motivation, everyone has the ability to accomplish their goals and my job is to help you get there! I would love to help you with your fitness goals. Hope to see you soon!
