Personal Training 60 & 30 Minutes

Personal TrainingThe main focus of our personal training routines is to help you understand the basic fundamentals of an effective exercise program. We also ensure that you use the machine safely and perform exercises with proper technique, while accomplishing your goals. Depending on those goals and needs, we will tailor the perfect program for you by integrating workouts using machines, free weights, manual resistance, and active recovery techniques developed to keep you moving. We help provide extra motivation and professional guidance to lose weight, tone, improve your appearance, satisfy doctors’ recommendations, reduce health concerns and improve bone density. We will also help you to get in shape for that wedding, class reunion, or special event. Having one of our knowledgeable fitness professionals guide you through your workouts will aid you because someone will hold you accountable and SAVE YOU A LOT OF TIME and WASTED effort going it alone. We offer both 60 and 30-minute sessions, based on your need and budget.

 

Group Training 60 & 30 Minutes

Group TrainingExperience personal training with a friend, co-worker or family member and SAVE BIG! Best of all, get in shape together. You and your partner will train at the same time while still receiving individual attention and nutritional guidance. This program is based on our amazing one-on-one session principals. You simply are able to split a reduced cost with a friend, family member or co-worker.







 


Kids Fitness

Kids FitnessChildhood obesity is increasing, yet there is a huge amount of pressure placed on children to help themselves. Unfortunately, children do not understand why eating habits and excess weight will dramatically affect their lives as adults. That is where we as parents come in.

  • FACT - our children will NOT grow up to be same size as parents, they will be larger. This can be prevented by educating them from a young age on the benefits of exercise and a balanced lifestyle.
  • If you do not pass on healthy eating and living habits to your children, where will they learn these life skills?
  • 50% of kids in USA are overweight. Body mass index (height-weight ratio) exceeds the norm.
  • 25% of kids spend more than 4 hours per day in front of TV. In USA, car seats dimensions are being modified to cater for bigger babies.

Research has shown that a progressive resistance program with adequate supervision is beneficial to children. This does not mean that children should be using the same resistance equipment in the gym the adults use. We design workouts, circuits, and interval training that incorporate agility movements for coordination, games – to make it fun, cardiovascular and some strength training techniques. Children also get bored very quickly with repetitive activity and need to be mentally stimulated. Most children play naturally, but modern technology and sedentary lifestyles have led to an imbalance in these activities that used to be a natural part of development.

Precision's Kids Fitness Palace

Although children should be allowed to enjoy free and independent motor activity, conditions in today’s modern society do not allow us to let children play outdoors in safely. At the same time, children are forced to follow a sedentary lifestyle where automation and technology play a leading role. The Precision Kids Project is designed to offer many different ways of caring for our “kids”. A team of experts including doctors, sports technicians, educators and psychologists worked placed their experience at our disposal to create the Kids project which have the following aims:

  • Allow children to do sports;
  • Respect the sensitive growing phases of a child in terms of motor activity to safeguard his or her wellbeing;
  • Instill a new sports culture in children

Precision Kids Project is designed to allow children to do motor activities and is a fitted playground, where children move freely, with games and stimuli that help the child develop his or her motor performance.

 

Kids Corner

The Kids Corner is the space dedicated to children – their very own territory. It defines the space and context in which motor activities are performed as a game. Often indoor areas like Fitness Clubs or Sports Centers do not have a dedicated area for “kids” who is suited to their motor requirements and where the psychomotor skills of the child are stimulated while they have fun. A Kids Corner in a sport club or other centers is a happy island at the exclusive disposal of children where they are assured of at least the minimum motor activities that children require in their everyday life.

Teen FitnessAs children grow older, they reduce outdoor play activities. Some teens maintain their physical activity levels by participating in organized sports, but others are left on their own and exercise less and less as they get older. To counter this trend and provide more opportunities for teens to get active and less probability of having future weight problems, Precision Personal Training have several programs specifically designed for teens. We have intermediate to advanced sports specific programs for the athletic teens and motivational, beginners programs for those who need more guidance and support because of lack of activity.
Our goal is to focus on healthy lifestyles and show kids how to improve their quality of life through physical activity and education of nutrition, while providing motivating, professional trainers and a positive atmosphere! Not only will your teen see physical changes but also teachers will notice changes in their students' confidence, attitude and knowledge of the human body that they can take with them for the rest of their lives.

Precision Personal Training’s new Semi-Private Personal Training Program is designed to make your workouts fun and more affordable. You can work out with your friends, family, or join one of our already existing Semi-Private Training Groups. Either way you will be surrounded by supportive people, with similar goals to yours who will help motivate you to continue to do better. Semi-Private Training delivers incredible results, is cost effective, and is EXTREMELY FUN!

Our Semi-privates are a perfect combination of plyo-metrics, free weight exercises, functional / athletic full body exercises that are aimed at improving balance & stability, aerobic capacity, fat loss and muscle hypertrophy. We target all muscle groups, including the core. In our hybrid semi-private program you get the efficiency and personalized attention of personal training and cost of one of our boot camps. Age and fitness level does not matter since you can go at your own pace, under the watchful eye of one of our professional trainers.

We'll custom design for you a 2-3-visit-per-week Fitness and Nutrition program in the same way we do for our 1-1 personal training clients. This program takes place on pre-scheduled days and times throughout the week, and you can attend up to 3 days per week.

This program saves you money and maximizes results.

 

I developed this program for 3 very important reasons.

  1. I realize that not everyone can afford the investment that comes with our platinum level service and boot camps are not for everyone.
  2. I wanted to come up with a way that people who may not want to go to a big chain gym, but still wanted that personalized service, knowledge base, and private environment. A membership at a chain gym maybe cheap…but you desire the motivation and accountability a Fitness Professional provides. You know that if you don’t schedule it, and someone isn’t there to help you along…it just isn’t going to happen.
