SENIOR GROUP CLASSES:

Exercise benefits much more than just your body, it can also improve your mental and emotional health as well. Join our Senior Group Classes so you can exercise and socialize at the same time! Call a friend and come take a class together; our classes will keep you active, help build your endurance, and will aid in lowering blood pressure as well as cholesterol levels, maintain joint movement, improve heart health and increase your energy levels overall. And if you have fun while you’re being active, chances are you’ll want to continue participating in that activity. Each session includes exercises that include stretching, to enhance flexibility and balancing exercises to reduce the risk of falling.

SENIOR PERSONAL TRAINING:

Staying active can keep you feeling and looking your best — at every stage of your life. An active lifestyle and regular exercise regime is especially important for senior health because it can help prevent heart disease, diabetes, certain forms of cancer, and it can also reduce pain associated with arthritis. By improving balance, flexibility, endurance, and strength, older adults can stay healthier longer.

The process of working with a knowledgeable trainer to help correcting muscle imbalances and body aches and pains takes time, but the benefits of our Personal Training Programs will help keep the body alert, challenged and fighting the loss of both bone density and muscle atrophy. Building up strength and focusing on better balance can help reduce the risk of falls and broken bones. You will also develop a greater independence, and reduction in disability. One-on-one training with one of our certified trainers will help you focus on specific areas that need strengthening, as well as help to build up your endurance and improve the over all quality of life.
